THE RIVER COMMUNITY CHURCH

At the time of the logo and branding development, The River Community Church was a small group that met each Sunday in temporary space at a school in the Riverbend/Terwillegar area. An inclusive and safe space for visitors and members of all walks and orientations, they were looking to increase their outreach in working with the local residents. It was important to put a new face to the name, and a full re-brand was undertaken. Creating a logo and brand package for The River developed into a vast range of ongoing projects.

From business cards and stationary to weekly digital graphics for both their website and social media campaigns, as well as creating eye-catching public print campaigns for high-profilel keynote speakers such as K’NAAN, Amanda Lindhout, and Romeo Dallaire, projects for The River have spanned the entire range of what our studio has to offer. Now with a community of hundreds, The River has grown into a welcoming and transforming space where neighbours are invited to come-as-they-are to be a part of the multi-cultural church.
